Yes his response was short & sharp.  Two sentences only.  But, it was from Seth and he answered my question perfectly.

Surprised?  I’m not.   

Most days I have a challenge.  If I can’t solve it myself, I find out who the best possible person is that I can ask.  Then, I ask them.

The successful people I know are very happy to help out us mere mortals. They’re just people.  Respect their time and be nice.  It works for me.
